When you order your personalized mattress, it’s individually made per order. You might think this means it will take a long time to be delivered, but in actual fact the construction takes just 2-3 business days. The shipping transit is also between 2 and 4 business days, so in all, your order will usually be with you in around 7 business days – not bad at all for a mattress perfectly constructed to your individual specifications!

When your mattress comes, it will be stored within a box measuring around 17” x 17” x 45” for the ultimate convenience when transporting it. If you’ve ever tried to carry a large mattress up the stairs then you’ll be grateful to us for making the process so much easier! The relatively small box is much easy to carry and manoeuvre through smaller gaps, and is much safer than struggling with a regular mattress. In the event you have to move it again yourself (maybe when moving house) then you can just roll your mattress up again for an easy solution.
