Why didn't I get any order confirmation or tracking notification?
Please check your spam, junk, trash, or clutter email folders. All orders get automatic notifications, but some email settings send unknown or unauthorized emails directly to the trash or spam. Please adjust your settings accordingly to allow our emails through. They will come from: Support@Amorebeds.com
How long between the time I order and the time it arrives to my doorstep?
Each mattress is made fresh per individual order which takes about 2 to 4 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 2 and 5 business days. The average order processing time is typically between 4 to 9 business days, but can occasionally fall outside that due to unusual circumstances.
What is the size and weight of this package that I’m going to receive?
The actual box itself will be around 17” x 17” x 45” and range between 50 and 100 pounds.
Do I need to take a day off work to sign for this package?
Not at all. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you don’t trust the package sitting on your porch or if you prefer to sign for it, then simply click the Signature option at checkout. (This requires you to be home to sign for it).
Can I do expedited shipping?
At this time, we are not offering expedited shipping, but you can always reach out and contact us to see if we are able to offer any options.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
You will want to contact us right away so we can grab your order before it ships out. Let us know what changes you need to make and we will do our best to help you along.
Can I stop by your store and pick one up?
At this time, all sales are generated online. Each mattress is made custom for each individual order so we do not have overhead generating inventory. Keeping these costs down allows us to pass a huge amount of savings on to you, the customer.
Why do I have to pay a recycling fee in certain states?
California, Connecticut, and Rhode Island have passed Mattress Recovery and Recycling Acts requiring a fee to be collected from consumers when purchasing a mattress or box spring. (This list may change without notice).
Do you offer White Glove Delivery or Removal?
Yes. Depending on your area, White Glove Delivery will just be an extra $100 to $150. Removal will be an extra $40. This option is found on the Checkout Page on the shipping options just before your credit card info. You will need to enter your zip code and state first. Sorry, we do not offer removal without White Glove Delivery.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada?
Yes. Those areas will have an additional shipping charge associated with them that can be found on the Checkout Page after you enter your state, zip, and / or country. The mattress plus the shipping fee tends to still come out less expensive than competitor mattresses who offer fewer luxury features with free shipping.
We suggest as much support as possible, which includes: box springs, foundations, slatted bases, platform beds, waterbed bases, electric bed bases, or even the floor. We recommend that when using slats, they should be less than 4” apart and that queen bed frames have a center support. If you already have a box spring foundation setup, you can use them with this mattress as well. Although other setups may work, we have found that these frames provide the best support to get the maximum comfort. If you are looking for an affordable solution, check out our FOUNDATION or visit our SHOP page too add to your cart.
Our mattress is made from the highest quality materials found in the industry and blended together to offer the utmost premium comfort. Our prized comfort layer consists of a proprietary FusionFlex™ air-cell cooling gel-infused formula that provides the better qualities associated with latex and memory foam, and doesn’t contain the lessor desired characteristics. It has incredible pressure relief and support all while simultaneously maintaining breathability to keep you cool and comfortable. It does not provide for heat retention, that quick-sand-feel, or foul odors. This new hybrid formula offers 100% pressure-relieving properties that rid the mattress of heat, keeping your sleeping environment perfectly suited to your needs. NOTE: this material does not contain any latex.
You can learn more about our Graphite Infused memory foam material here.
Our Therapeutic Copper-Ion performance fabric option is designed to offer skin wellness by combating bacteria which aids in skin rejuvenation.
Amore beds’ 5 premium layers consist of the finest supportive materials in the market today. We start with a 2″ ultra-firm structural base layer that supports 4″ of individually wrapped comfort-coils. There are about 885 of 4″ pocketed coils in a queen mattress consisting of 14 gauge wire to provide continuous comfort that will stand the test of time. These coils are surrounded by supportive edging that helps the active sleeper subconsciously know where the edge of the mattress is (all without reducing sleeping surface area). Above that is 2″ of support foam, then 2″ of contouring transition foam optimized for pressure points and comfort (we do not use chemicals in our foams. Our cooling occurs naturally). Our prized 2″ luxury top layers consist of FusionFlex Gel-Foam combined with a layer of Graphite-Infused memory foam to work in harmony with the rest of our layers. All topped off with a layer of blended organic wool quilted with our luxurious organic cotton or copper-ion fabric. Each layer of your Amore Bed hybrid mattress has been specifically designed and engineered to exceed the most demanding of standards and expectations.
The Densities of all our foams are 1.8. Indentation Load Deflection (ILD) for Soft is 22, Medium is 28, Firm is 35, and Base & Rails are 40. Proprietary FusionFlex and Graphite visco foams are 3 pounds psf and 9 ILD.
If you look closely at those 14” and 18” mattresses in the big-box stores, you will see that they are only made of 1, 2, or 3 layers of cheap and unsupportive foam. Most of the time you will see that the only difference is that they made the base foam thicker. It’s one of the cheaper layers which is why you see others offering a 8-½”, 10”, and 12” base foam with a 1.5” top.
We offer a premium density minimum thickness base layer because we needed as much room as possible to fit all our premium layers above. Come feel the difference of what real premium layers can do for you.
Each layer of material is there for a reason and adds another level of designed support. Additional layers generally cost more, so if you see a single-layer foam design selling at a premium price, beware because it will not last long or it will be very comfortable. A 2-layer mattress is like putting a band-aid on the flaws from the 1st layer. 3-layer designs will get you to the average ordinary mattress that’s most common with minimal engineering to maximize profits. 4 layers are where recognizable comfort starts to begin. 5 layers are where the highly engineered premium designs really shine through. Be careful not to fall for the multi-layer designs where they only contain a single thin premium layer. All of AmoreBeds’ layers consist of the highest quality premium materials available in the industry today. To avoid layers of misleading fluff, we do not factor our cover or edge-support as “layers” like others often do.
If you go to a store and touch it and lay on it for 5, 10, or 30 minutes, are you really testing-it-out?
With our mattress, you get to test it out by sleeping on it for 100 nights risk-free.
We don’t believe that one firmness level will work for everyone. Whether you prefer a firmer or softer bed, we don’t want to tell you what you will or will not like. That’s why we offer options and combinations of those options. If you prefer a soft bed and your partner likes firm, then you can choose that with our split option. Don’t settle for something because you’re told “most” people like it. People’s shapes, sizes, and preferences are different and our mattress designs will accommodate that. Offering these options may cost us more to make, but our customers and our backs appreciate it.
Copper has been known for centuries to have Antibacterial and Antimicrobial properties. When its ionic properties are combined with fabric, it creates a healthier environment for the sleeper by aiding in numerous benefits such as reducing odor, improving hygiene, and enhancing the look & feel of their skin. Since similar material is used for medical braces, dressings, and sports apparel, we thought we would offer a chance for many of the benefits to continue while you sleep. Learn more here.
No, our Copper Option is not designed to supplement vitamins or override prescriptions or the advice from your medical professional.
Although there are some diseases out there resulting from too much copper, they are linked to gene dysfunctions or too much soluble copper ingested directly into the blood stream. The copper ions in our fabric are non-soluble and in a low enough dosage where if the human body absorbs excess copper that is not put to use, it will be harmlessly expelled naturally. If you have any copper issues, you would know about it by now.
Sorry, at this time it’s all or none. Why would you want to split such a great option anyway?
Sleeping in the nude is completely up to you, but it will not significantly affect the copper ion exposure. Of course the manufacturer does state that the closer it is to the skin, the better. Although, the benefits of having the “Copper Option” covered with sheets and pajamas is still better than not having it at all.
There are studies in progress that have shown incredible results, but as of right now, we cannot make that claim. The FDA has not given their approval yet.
Our profit margins are very thin, so the current $150 promotion is the best that we can offer. A customizable premium quality mattress like this will cost well over $2500 in a retail store.
Of course. We use American standard sizes and our mattresses are flexible enough to work with most of the adjustable bases out there. Please review the Murphy Bed specs to make sure the weight and thickness will not present any issues.
Twin XL: 38” x 79” x 11” – 12.5″
Full: 54” x 75” x 11” – 12.5″
Queen: 60” x 80” x 11” – 12.5″
King: 76” x 80” x 11” – 12.5″
Cal-King: 72” x 84” x 11” – 12.5″
Unfortunately, we would not recommend that. Although our mattress is flexible, it should not be folded in half or forcefully recompressed after being removed from the original packaging.
Typically, you can sleep on your mattress within an hour from unboxing it, but it can take up to 30 days for your body and mattress to acclimate to each other.
Even though our warranties are only 10 to 20 years, your mattress will likely last a lot longer. Please see the individual product page for the respective warranty.
Absolutely! Although it offers significantly more isolation than your traditional spring mattress, we wouldn’t suggest rolling around with a glass of wine balancing next to you.
Sorry, we don’t have any flashy sales pitches. We also don’t make empty promises or run expensive over-inflated gimmicky ads. I guess you could say that our pitch is: Honesty, reliability, innovation, and good communication. We prefer to sell a better product at an honest price than to advertise thousands of our customers’ dollars on an inferior product, which has become way too common these days.
Nope! Our mattresses are designed to have the white fabric side up at all times. We do recommend rotating it every 3 to 6 months, but if you chose our “Split Option” you will need to switch sides to keep your selected firmness level. Regular rotating is a good practice to adjust weight distribution patterns.
We pride ourselves on using the latest CertiPUR-US certified materials that do not contain harsh chemicals with strong odors.
Since our mattresses are made fresh per each individual order, they do not sit rolled up in a warehouse or on a boat collecting and absorbing odors. The longest your mattress is ever rolled is less than a week in transit.
But, like most new items, there can be a virtually non-existent (non-toxic) smell upon unboxing. The scent should dissipate quickly. We do not use solvents associated with strong odors. Compared to other mattresses out there, ours tends to be rated the best out there for the least odor.
We recommend using any mild soap or detergent and spot washing with a dry white wash-cloth.
No, but we would like you to consider recycling the box and packaging. Rather than shipping it back to us, we work together with multiple charities so that it can be donated locally.
We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you don’t like your mattress, then we will accept a free / no-hassle return. We hope you will still provide great feedback, so we strive to make your return process as painless as possible. Simply call us at 844-84-AMORE M-F 10-5 CST to start the return process.
We do require a 30-day honest sleep trial to get used to your mattress prior to accepting any return. Hybrid mattresses take a little extra time to break in and we wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to provide you the best sleep of your life.
If a return is required, we typically coordinate a local charity to come pick up the mattress (at no cost to the customer) so that someone else can enjoy it without filling up a landfill. In some instances, the charity will need you to contact them to coordinate the pickup schedule.
You will need to refer to each page for each individual warranty. Due to the nature of our accessories, they do not come with a comfort-sleep trial.
