"I bought a mattress from them less than 4 years ago ,and due to normal wear and tear ,and literally getting in and out of my bed ,I now have an indentation that’s split under the wool top layer ,and has the coils busting through where my butt goes .I am sleeping with pillows under my butt and hips and it’s so uncomfortable !I already am diagnosed with Sleep apnea ,so it’s tough at night but this bed was supposed to save me !! I was so excited and relieved when I spent over $1500 on a mattress and box spring in the middle of a pandemic ! Mind you ,still only about 4 years ago!! I picked this company based on the belief that their craftsmanship was legit and they even guaranteed it and had a warranty .but the quality of craftsmanship is awful obviously and they are dishonest about Their warranty !The hole that has developed over time is clearly not the “outside 2 inches of the bed “! Ive flipped the mattress many times and it’s still happening.it’s not right ! Its literally visible in the pictures ,the indentation is deep when you get in the bed way deeper than it looks .It’s really awful for a company to take advantage of the customers that support and fund thier business in this manner and demonstrates bad business practices!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are Dishonorable and are misleading and Not worth spending any $$$on these mattresses and bed systems ! They have refused my warranty and basically are asking me to spend more money on a new mattress instead of fixing what they should within their warranty agreement .Its truly awful to take advantage of hardworking peoples trust in this manner .I just want a decent nights rest ,I paid for it and deserve that much !This company is the worst"
Your review does not mention the fact that YOU damaged the mattress. We do not cover misuse or customer damage. We are sorry that you did not know you were damaging the mattress by jumping into it every night on your knees, but yes, that will damage a mattress as we have already discussed and you forgot to mention that in your review. If you must call us an awful company because we will not cover your damaged mattress from your own doing, then so be it. Our latex does not tear down the middle from regular usage. Putting all your weight in one place jumping into bed on your knees will tear tear the latex. Not that it matters, but you spent less than $1300. Most other brands would have likely shown the damage sooner.

"Everything about this purchase was excellent. Website was easy to follow and easy to purchase. Customer service was knowledgeable and fast. The order was shipped out fast and arrived in good condition. And most important of all the mattress is absolutely perfect. This 2-sided Natural Hybrid works perfectly fine for both of us with completely different heights and weights and sleeping positions."

"I received an email from you with the order confirmation but you say it is on hold till payment has been received. I was approved for 1,500.00 financing through Bread Financial. Will you please explain why items are being held and for how long so I can track order. My first payment will not be due until Oct . 4 2023. I was approved for 24 months of financing. "Either I've been staying at some high-priced budget hotels, or hotel mattresses just aren't what they used to be. I'm actually itching to get home mid-way through my vacations just so I can get back on my Amore Luxury Hybrid mattress. They just aren't what they used to be, but after 5 years, my Amore is still great."

"Didn’t receive my full order, I only got the mattress. I also ordered a mattress cover and it was supposed to include 2 pillows. When will I receive the rest of my order?"

"After I completed my purchase I got a confirmation, but it didn’t give me any timeline for when I would be expecting to receive my mattress. Where do I find tracking information?"
Hi Melanie, it should have let you know that all orders are made fresh per individual order and they are taking between 3 and 5 days to manufacture and then between 2 and 5 days in transit. Feel free to reach out to us for a more detailed timeline. We don't like to bombard our customers with emails, so the next email is usually your tracking and ETA info. Thank you.

"I received a Pay Pal email with receipt details as soon as I placed my credit card order with you. I did not use Pay Pal, so I'm puzzled why I received an email from them."
Hi Susan, and sorry for the confusion. We have been using Paypal as our credit card processor these days. Unfortunately they feel the need to include their name on the checkout completion page and we are working to try and remove that.

"This Natural hybrid mattress is great! Sleeps great and doesn't small awful like the foam junk that's at my Costco and Macys. We had some sticker shock until we shopped around to see that this was quite a bargain compared to similar items out there. We're glad we found Amore!"

26 May, 2023A more Beds Deletes Negative Reviews
"They deleted my last review. They do not stand behind their product. My bed has awful indentations and it is only 7 years old, even though it has a 20 year warranty. My wife and I are NOT heavy people either. There is a massive hump in the center of our king mattress. We are not able to rotate or flip it because one side is soft and the other side is medium. Amore’s solution was to turn the bed 90 degrees and put a pillow under our upper body. Absurd!!!"
We never said to put a pillow under your upper body, what purpose would that serve? We would have said that you may need another pillow to help compensate for the couple of inches difference in length and width? Did you ever try turning it sideways? Yes, if you have never rotated a King mattress in 10 years on any mattress in the world, it will develop a hump feeling. We asked you to send in pictures, but you confirmed that it was not something that was visible (hump or impression) and that it was simply the feeling of foam that has been overly broken in with never being rotated. We asked to try rotating it for a week, but instead we get a negative review.

"After 20 years of sports and the wear n tear that follows, I thought I'd never get sleep like I did in the glory days. Then Amore Beds came out with a breakthrough performance! Now I wake up refreshed w/out aches and pains. 4/5 stars. Only thing keeping that from a perfect 5 is that it took a week before it started to get comfortable and that's really difficult when you are already in pain, but after a year of pain-free sleeping, I can forgive them for that first week."

"This is my second Amore matress purchase in 4 years. Love the mattresses I've purchased, no complaints, except 1. The only complaint I have is in regards to the promo offer of 2 free pillows, but only sent 1. I reached our to customer service and I am sure they will do the right thing and send me the 2nd free pillow."

"I am so happy with this 2-sided mattress! It was so hard to find a 2-sided mattress, and one with decent quality, but Amore definitely delivered on this one. If you have a bias towards a quality 2-sided mattress, then you should give these guys some serious consideration."

"According to your information provided I'm supposed to get an email indicating the ship date. I did not receive this email, I then communicated through your website and requested this shipping information and receive nothing! I am currently concerned about the packaging and the fact that it appears that this king size mattress may not in fact fit this packaging. I will be opening this package in the next day or so to verify it is in fact the item that I ordered. I'm not impressed with your customer service I hope that your product meets at least the minimal expectations!"
