Nectar’s 100% foam mattress is made of 2 layers of polyurethane foam.  Nectar claims to have 5 layers of memory foam, but the truth is they only have one thick layer of a polyurethane foam for the base and a thinner memory foam on top.  The remaining layers must be paper-thin and quilted with their fabric but Nectar also isn’t afraid to make false claims.  All-foam mattresses are made for the masses and don’t offer the personalized or edge-support that individual coils do, leading to inadequate foam distribution and more partner disturbances.

Nectar? They consider their quilted cover to be 2 additional layers bringing their 2-piece foam mattress to 4 layers.
They also use one of those “sock” covers that slides over controversial fire-socks that are known for allergies, odors, and skin irritants.  Why would you cover CertiPUR-US materials with a chemical fire-sock?  We don’t; that sotra defeats the purpose of the certification, don’t ya think?

Amore is also 100% made in America.  Nectar might tell customers that they are made in America, but they don’t have a problem lying to their customers.
