Aside from the controversy surrounding Purples undisclosed white powder, their foam mattress is made up of 2 layers of polyurethane foam, a waffle polymer, and a ton of your money spent on gimmicky advertisements. All-foam mattresses are made for the masses and don’t offer the personalized support that individual coils do.

Our isolated motion technology also ensures partner disturbances are minimized.  Or you can opt to pay an additional $600 to upgrade to their recent hybrid design.  We perfected our hybrid design years before them, even when they were pleading that their all-foam design couldn’t be topped.  Why did they feel the need to test out a new hybrid then?  Because ours is better!

Looking for a mattress that fits your sleeping preferences just right? Unfortunately, with the bigger brands such as Purple, you’re out of luck.  Purple has focused their efforts on a non-personalized mattress, trying to balance everybody’s needs into one firmness.  Because sleeping preferences are so personal, this just doesn’t work.

At Amore, we believe the mattress you sleep on is only as good as the fabrics on top.  That’s why we go for the best. Our mattress is topped with an organic wool layer.  This sits nicely under our hypoallergenic organic cotton fabric. For those of you who are looking for a more healing sleep, we also offer a therapeutic, copper-ion infused bamboo fabric. Naturally anti-bacterial, copper is known to improve the appearance of skin and assists with your body’s natural healing processes.

Purple? They use one of those “sock” covers that slides over controversial fire-socks that are known for allergies, odors, and skin irritants.  Why would you cover CertiPUR-US materials with a chemical firesock?  We don’t; that sorta defeats the purpose of the certification, don’t ya think?
