"The information provided in your website was extremely helpful and we have found it to be completely true. We are both close to age 70, over weight with arthritis and this mattress has proven to be extremely comfortable. Amore was great to help with keeping us informed as to when the mattress was to be delivered. We chose the white glove delivery package which took quite a bit longer because of our location but when it did come the staff were wonderful to work with."

"I bought this bed for my daughter’s room. It is very comfortable and worth the money. The only downside is the pillow that we received with the bed is not comfortable."

"Customer service was excellent. I needed to call about a glitch in the ordering process when my credit card was flagged for possible fraud and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and was immediately able to help me with my issue."

"I think if you're going to promise hassle-free returns, they need to be hassle-free, even when it's more challenging. I love the mattress, but I really resented being told that you were losing a lot of money on the deal and therefore didn't want to deal with the return. Very poor form."
Hello, and thank you for letting us know your are very happy with your Medium Hybrid mattress. We are sorry to hear of the troubles you went through to get your exchanged mattress donated to a local charity. It is possible that in our haste to get your replacement mattress processed, we may have overlooked some of the obstacles in getting your old one donated. Although, it appears that both the Salvation Army and Good-Will were able to pick up your exchange but you refused them because they did not meet your standards of what a non-profit charity should be. When a customer is not satisfied with the charities that we present, we then ask the customer to source their own satisfactory charity. And yes, sometimes in extreme cases, a salvage agency is offered when all other efforts have been exhausted. The quote you are referencing is not accurate and doesn\'t represent our Company\'s policies or beliefs. We are happy that you found our mattress to meet your standards of excellence and we apologize that you had to go through all that effort.

"I've layed on over a dozen of these online mattresses at one of those Comparison stores and they all seemed very hollow and cheap. I took a gamble on Amore since they did not have a mattress in the store and I'm glad I did. This actually feels like a real mattress with real substance to it and quality dense foams. I'm glad I got to see what a joke many of those other mattresses were.Buy quality and go with Amore."

"The quality is impeccable. We wanted a mattress that was going to last and not disturb my sensitivity to chemicals. I get headaches from memory foams and glues. This did have a slight latex odor out of the box, but it did not seem to bother me. The support is great and feels the way that quality mattresses used to be made."
