"A year ago Dec 15 I ordered this mattress. It was nice and comfortable compared to our 49 year old mattress which was still pretty firm, but lately I’ve been noticing that I toss and turn a lot during the night. At first I thought it was just me due to the fact that I had a knee replacement. But then both hips and my sides were aching. And today 12/7/25, my husband said he’s been tossing and turning a lot too. I did not expect this after a year. We are both in our 70’s. Maybe we needed a mattress without the coils. So today I did manage to turn the mattress. Not flip because it’s not a two sided flip. What would be your suggestion?"
Hi Donna, the instructions that come with the mattress stress that it is important to rotate the mattress a couple of times within the first month, then once a month for the next few months, then every 3 to 6 months after that to help ensure that all the foams break in evenly. If you have never rotated it and it's been a year now, yes, we can see why you are having issues. Those foams beneath you never had a chance to fully expand to their designed fullness and they have never been given a rest / reset after being compressed and unrolled. We are pretty confident that things will feel a bit different now that it's been rotated. Please give it a month and let us know how it goes. Thank you.

"We got the 2-sided Natural Pillowtop. My wife sleeps all over and she said she sleeps perfectly fine on this mattress. My doctor said I need to stop sleeping on my stomach and side and this mattress has made back-sleeping absolutely perfect for me. She's 5-4" and 130. I'm 200 and 5-9". Love it and I wish I didn't wait so long. I went with the Helix at first, but they talk a good talk, but it just wasn't all that. Plus this Amore is way better in quality."

"I had my heart set on a 2-sided mattress and with all the research that I've done, I admire what Amore stands for and all of their charitable contributions. I decided on Amore rather quickly. After providing my height, weight, and sleeping position, their rep recommended a 2-sided hybrid. I thought I'd try to save some money and go with the all-foam design, but it just didn't work for me. I knew I could not just click a button and print a return label. I am surprised that processing the return was not that dificult. They did ask a number of questions as to why the mattress did not work out, which is perfectly understandable given the price of these things. They said they just like to survey folks to see if they need to make any design changes. I had never rotated the mattress, so they asked me to do that; it helps a little, but I still moved forward with the return. I had given it an honest trial and it's not like I requested a return on day 1 or the very last day. They listened to me and were very respectful and understanding. I'm back on my old mattress for now and I hope to save up a little more and go with one of their 2-sided hybrids in the future. I respect this company that much more now and have been referring others to them who have had better luck than me."

"I know the pillows were free. But, did you really intend to send pillows for Queen Bed ?"
Unfortunately we only have one size pillow that comes with the mattresses. Often times if the pillow does not meet their needs, folks often find that it makes for a good backer pillow to put behind a different pillow that they like better to offer a little more space from the head-board.

"The King size medium has been great mattress and we love it. About 9 years. Time for a new one. Going to give your support box spring a try this time. When believe our Amore mattress has improve our health over many years of use. Waking up in the morning after a comfortable sleep on a Amore hybrid King mattress is the only way to go. Just go to a hotel/vacation for a few days. Then you will be reminded what your Amore mattress is doing for you. Why are we ordering a new Hybrid King. Think about? My wife weight ~135 pound and I'm 6' 1" and 235 -240 pounds. We sleep 7+ hour a night. About ~~23000 hours of my big ass rolling around my bed. My wife and I, personally think the Amore mattress did a outstanding performance for 9 years. Longest lasting mattress we have every purchased. Value?? YES Purchased 9 years ago for $1700. So that means it cost us about 52 cents a day to have a great comfortable sleep. Amore makes a great mattress at a very affordable price"

"Yes, I have been researching mattresses for 3 months (as crazy as that sounds), but I was glad Amore got on my radar after the 2nd month. I actually thought I'd be comparing and researching for 3 more months, but Amore clearly stood out and offered everything I was looking for. They were even less expensive than other brands that claimed to offer so much, but when I took a seriously closer look, Amore stood out by more than just a little. I got the materials I wanted, quality, craftsmanship, and price by all the research I did. I finally got the comfort by finally ordering one. Of course their current sale has it $50 less today, so I took a star off :("

"I cannot say enough positive things about this mattress and customer service. I'm rather picky and their reps helped answer all my questions. Their response time was extremely quick via email and their staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They know their products, competition, and the industry as a whole. "Absolutely amazing! High quality materials. I know my fabrics and this stuff is thick, they are not lying about their GSM thread counts like I've seen many of the budget beds like Nectar do. You sleep on top of the mattress with a little squish in; it's not a sinking or stuck-in feeling which I like. Really has quality and I believe that it will last for the full 20 years+."

"Their website talks these up pretty good, so I had some pretty high expectations and they did a good job meeting those expectations. Took a little getting used to, but giving it a little more time was not an unrealistic request. No sign of any divots after 2 years, but we rotate and flip every few months."

"I was considering purchasing another and decided to look at the reviews to see if there's anything that would change my opinion about their great products and customer service. I'm happy to see that most everyone is happy with the exception of the few typical outliers. It looks like I have the same mattress as Suzette and mine is holding up just fine. We've had some wild and crazy sex on ours, so I don't know how she's getting wilder and crazier than us, but I think I'd like to know :). Anyway, I was considering trying out their 2-sided Luxury design, but their salesman said that if we are happy with the current 1-sided Luxury Latex, we should stick with it since each design has a slightly different feel. If I feel like their impeccable quality or customer service is lacking in any way, I will be sure to update this review."

"We are both very happy with this 2-sided Natural Hybrid Original. We normally have quite different preferences when it comes to mattresses, but this mattress seems to be able to cater to both of our strict sleeping standards. I went into this purchase pessimistic, but came out relieved. And yes, the first few weeks were rough just like it was for all the other rolled mattresses that didn't work out."
