"Great mattress and great customer service. The soft started out a little firm for me, but after about a month, it came through for me. The only problem was that I needed to sleep on an extra comforter to help give a little cushion. They said it was like a new couch where the cushions are very firm at first, but soften up with regular use. I guess that was true in this case as well."

"Zero motion transfer and zero off-gassing. If you want spring in your mattress, this flippable is not for you. Very comfortable and it sleeps cooler than my last foam mattress that was supposed to have all sorts of gels and cooling agents."

"The first couple of weeks were pretty rough, but their customer support answered all my concerns and the mattress got a little better each time I rotated the mattress. I guess they say the foam cells have not had a chance to fully expand. I would recommend opening the mattress and letting it sit for 2 weeks."

"Incredibly kind and helpful customer service. Gave me a discount when I was too late trying to change a minor option, and they didn't have to do that. They also were reassuring when I thought the White Glove Delivery (and pickup) was delayed. Be aware if you get that service there will be days added onto overall arrival time. They have to outsource to a delivery/pickup service near you."

High quality, but wasn't for me.

"Clearly very high quality and it hurt me to return such a nice product, but I wanted to sink in a little more. The return was super easy and it was almost like a white glove agency took it out of my house. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I'd still recommend this product as long as you are not looking for something super soft to sink into. Bought the 2-sided flippable."

"This Amore Organic Natural has very apparent high quality, but it does have a little bounce to it. Although, they do mention that it has a similar feel to a traditional old-school mattress, so I guess I can't complain. It does have 8" coils, so I guess I should expect a little bounce. Otherwise, it contours pretty nicely and it will clearly last 25 years."
