Will not honor warranty..............................

"Terrible experience. My mattress sagged after a week. I called and reported the problem. I was told to rotate the Mattress. Ok, I rotated. Didn't help. Now the mattress has a huge crater in it (photo attached). I called to try to have the company honor their warranty. Nope. I was informed I don't have enough support for my mattress. I initially reported the issue 2 months after the purchase. Had they told me I could use more support back then, the mattress still had a chance to be saved. Now I have a $1,000 mistake. Not a peep about ample support until I need to enact the warranty. Terrible customer service, should have remedied the issue when they initially were informed of the problem. They failed, I now need a new mattress after 7 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I'll be buying a Leesa, or a Helix next.......7 months after I bought from these guys."

This Mattress Saved Our Sleep

"We decided to try an Amore bed after having poor experiences with other mattress brands where both my fiance and I were left with terrible back pains that we could no longer take. We both have different needs: I prefer a more firm mattress and tend to end up on my back, whereas she prefers a plush mattress and tends to sleep on her side. Since Amore had the option for a split mattress, we took the plunge with our fingers crossed. Reviews always sound great, and then once you actually experience the product, it could be a night and day difference. In this case, all of the great reviews were spot on. Our back pain disappeared and we were finally able to get a great night's sleep thanks to Amore! The hybrid mattress is a great middle-ground that gives the support necessary, but also the give that adds additional comfort. We've now had this bed for 4 months and we look forward to hopping into a comfortable bed each and every night. I highly recommend giving Amore a chance. I'm sure they'll only continue to become a larger name in the industry."
