Great Service, Excellent Product, but............

"The customer service via phone was great. While we are still within our 100 day trial, we are almost certain that we chose the proper firmness, but are not 100% sure. We chose the medium and think the softer version might be better. However, we are reluctant to go there, because we might discover that the medium was better after all. My wife is a 105 pound side sleeper and seems to have adapted well to the medium mattress. i am a 160 pound back sleeper and like the feel of the medium, but can't help but wonder what the softer one might feel like for me. Guess that is my dilemma. Any thoughts? The free pillows were a little too firm for us. Since we are accustomed to king sized pillows. the free pillows were too small, because they are the standard size."

We have the most comfy mattress now!

"Very happy with the purchase. The mattress is firm but comfortable. I used to move through the night and really interfere with my husband sleep. That stopped. If I move he no longer wakes up. Don’t even know if that happens. Wake up without any muscle pain. My Fitbit says I have a great sleep every night. Should have done this purchase many years ago. And I am not the only one. My husband feels really good since we have this mattress. It took us about 3 days to get use to this mattress. I would recommend to everybody. Five stars and not expensive for what it is. Well done!"

The Soft Spring Mattress Does relieve sore hip

"It is as I had hoped, comfortable. No sore hip for this side sleeper. It does conform to the adjustable bed platform. It needs a pillow for the seat though, so your pillow comes in handy there. There was a breaking in period. I think a full month is necessary to get used to the change from a memory foam mattress. The soft spring core mattress is a little cooler and softer for hot side sleeper like myself. I sleep better, wake less, shift less often. My old memory foam mattress was harder, kept me shifting and left me with a sore hip if I didn't shift positions regularly. But I am not too heavy nor large. At 5'8" and 155 lbs I can only speak for people around my stats."
