Perfect Mattress, Great Value, and Excellent Customer Service

"I'm very happy with my Amore hybrid beds and Amore Customer service. The bed is supportive and very comfortable. I ordered the medium firm mattress. The support was great, but I was hoping for a little more relief in the top layer. I'm a side sleeper and I was feeling some pressure in my shoulder. I called Amore support. They recommended a topper, which they sent for free. The topper made the bed perfect, great support and no pressure points when side sleeping. I've since ordered two more Amore beds, one for a spare bedroom and one for my mother-in-law. The Amore hybrid beds are a great value, with great engineering, great support, and great comfort. One other thing to note is that the mattress doesn't sleep hot. I tend to sleep warm and I worried about the foam would be hot like some other mattresses. The Amore mattress doesn't sleep hot and is perfect for me."

Should have just kept my old mattress! Very disappointed!

"The mattress I purchased is more uncomfortable than the one I threw away! I have had nothing pain and sleepless nights since I purchased it. I had hoped maybe it just took time to 'open up' and 'break it in' but it hasn't changed. I reached out to the company for an exchange (Maybe it was faulty? Maybe I needed a different firmness?) fully expecting them to make good with the kind of mattress they promised. The completely refused to do anything about it. They said I was past my trial period (by a month) and therefore had no suggestions but to spend more money on a topper in hopes of making the mattress more comfortable!! Unbelievable! Horrible customer service! A huge waste of money."

"Looks like a common theme from all these reviews, so this isn't going to be much different. I did tons of research and I'm able to see through all these fake review websites and youtube ads. I think I may have read every page of every mattress website out there and this mattress clearly has real features that I value in this hybrid. I can't say that I feel every feature that they cram into this mattress, but I just feel better knowing that I got a better value at the same price-point of those plain old boring mattresses like Nectar."

"I absolutly love this mattress! it was love at first... night of Sleep! That was the first good night of seep in 6 months. I had previously purchased a 17" firm pillow top mattress from another company, at a premium price and it was horrible. In comparison the Amore Mattress was just perfect for my husand and I; we were able to adjust the firmness to our individual needs. My husband sleeps on his back and stomach so he chose firm. I am a side sleeper and chose meduim. The mattress gives support to my shoulders, back and hips (this is perfect since i suffer from sciatic back pain) without giving me the feeling that i am being swallowed by my mattress (the hybrid coil and foam system maybe to thank for that)! . I called the company several times before puchase with questions, and they answerd me quickly and proffesionally. I could not detect any scent from the mattress when i opened it (off-gassing) which is perfect since i have a sensitive sense of smell. Communication was quick and i knew when my mattress was on its way and when i would receive it. I have just had such a wonderful expirience that i had to call them and congratulate them. i definitely recommend the Amore Mattress."
