"These beds are com-fort-a-ble; the kids sleep so well on their new mattresses that I would absolutely consider buying again when the little one is ready. There were promises made for sheet sets, mattress covers, and new pillows which were not fulfilled (which I'll admit, did bother MY sleep) and led to having to purchase some of these supplies separately. Overall, I would purchase from amore again as the mattress is great quality, thick, well made, and customer service was all-in-all responsive and helpful. Thankfully, this online purchase was worth the gamble and I look forward to my kiddos experiencing many wonderful nights' rest on these comfy, double-sided hybrid mattresses with their sweet copper fibers. Excellent Customer Service

"I called Amore because UPS said I had to pick my mattress up from their facility, but it was supposed to be delivered to my house. I was told it would be taken care of, and I received an email within a day letting me know UPS would deliver it within a couple of days. We love the mattress, but the customer service will make us return."
